When will I receive my first paper?
Your first delivery date will be determined by the date and time you placed your order with us. Any orders placed before Thursday at 10:30am will commence at start of the following week. Orders placed after this will not start until a week after this.
If you are receiving your order via An Post delivery, you will receive your first newspaper shortly after your order has been processed by our team. In general this will be approximately 48hours after your order has been placed.
Due to exceptionally high volumes in light of the Covid-19 crisis we are experiencing a backlog in processing orders. We ask that you bear with us and thank you for your patience.

Note that:
If your paper is delivered via An Post, non-deliveries should only be reported after 2pm on the expected delivery date.
You must report non-deliveries within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
I want to update my payment details?
If you would like to update your payment information, please sign in to your Irish Times Account, go to the Payment Details section and update your saved card.
Do not include your card details in your enquiry.

As all payments are processed monthly in advance the cancellation period is determined by the number of paid issues remaining. In other words, the cancellation will be effective from the first day of the next month for which you have not paid us in advance.

If you would like to stop your newspaper delivery while you are away from your home or office, please login to your Irish Times Account, and go to the My Holidays page. We need a minimum of 2 working days to process your request.
